An unmoderated international newsgroup dedicated to discussion of
technologies which manipulate or modify biologies and biological processes,
at any or all levels from micro- to macro-scale. Some overlap with various
ecological or other groups can be expected to occur. Subsidiary heirarchies
will be created as new technologies emerge, and as news-traffic pertaining to
those technologies should warrant.

An unmoderated international newsgroup dedicated to discussion of
cloning and related issues, such as the legalities or ethics of cloning,
speculation on the sociological ramifications or the technologies

An unmoderated international newsgroup dedicated to discussion of
miscellaneous technologies and concepts which manipulate or modify biologies
or biological processes. The may be the proper place for speculative
discussions and extremely multi-disciplinary topics in biological
technology.

An unmoderated international newsgroup dedicated to discussion of
DNA-testing and genetic testing, including but not limited to
law-enforcement and legal uses, abuses including "eugenic policy", 
or workplace or insurance discrimination, and various techniques.
